How we choose safely

Hair condition comes before the trend.

The finish you want matters, but so do your existing colour, previous chemical services and the amount of maintenance you can realistically manage.

01

History check

Tell us about previous bleach, colour, henna, straightening, keratin and other chemical services—even when they were done months ago.

02

Realistic finish

We explain whether to expect pin-straight hair, reduced frizz, softer movement or easier blow-drying before you decide.

03

Maintenance plan

You receive practical guidance on washing, heat, products, regrowth and when to return for professional care.

Compare the options

What each straightening and smoothing service does.

Permanent straightening

Chemically restructures the treated lengths for the straightest result. The change remains on processed hair, while new growth appears in your natural texture and may need later maintenance.

Keratin treatment

A smoothing service focused on frizz control, shine and easier styling. It is generally less pin-straight than permanent straightening and gradually fades with washing and time.

Hair botox

A deep-conditioning and surface-smoothing treatment—not an injection. It aims to improve softness, shine and the appearance of porous or tired hair rather than permanently changing bonds.

Elastin

A restorative smoothing option intended to improve softness, flexibility and manageability. The amount of straightening depends on the product system, hair condition and finishing method.

Nanoplastia

A heat-activated smoothing treatment often chosen for a sleeker, straighter finish. Formulas differ, so ingredients, suitability and expected longevity should be discussed during consultation.

Which one should I choose?

Choose permanent straightening for the straightest long-term texture change; keratin or elastin for frizz control with movement; hair botox for conditioning-led smoothing; and nanoplastia after a suitability assessment.
